Dear Friend,

Writing has been one of the most helpful things on my healing journey. Sometimes it’s a letter to somebody or to myself, sometimes it’s a list of things I’m proud of, sometimes it’s just scribbles and doodles. But it’s all beneficial - getting my thoughts out on paper.

Are there things you need to get off your chest? You’ll be amazed at what comes up when you allow yourself the freedom to write - especially when it’s anonymous or private. Write with pen and paper, and if it needs to be delivered to someone specific when you’re done, send it. If not, tear it up and throw it away. Or burn it. Seriously. We write for ourselves.

But I also know that sometimes it’s healing to be witnessed on this journey of processing. If you would like me to witness your journey, write your letter below. I read every one.
